Visit

For parents & guardians

You’re not overthinking it — visiting with kids is a big deal. Here’s what most families want to know before they walk in.

What check-in is like

Environments usually open before the main service so you’re not rushing. You’ll stop at a check-in area, tell us your kids’ names and ages, and get matching security tags — only someone with your tag can pick up your child. If we need you during the service, we’ll text or find you discreetly.

Safety & screening

Teams serving with children are screened and trained. We take safeguarding seriously — you can read how we handle it on our safeguarding page. If your child has allergies, sensory needs, or anxiety, mention it when you plan your visit or on our parent contact form— we’ll try to match you with a leader who can help.

Nursing, wiggles, and meltdowns

Babies and noise are normal here. Nursing parents are welcome anywhere. If someone needs a break, ask a host for the nearest family-friendly space — no apology required.

What you’ll do first on Sunday

  1. Park and follow signs (or greeters) toward the main entrance.
  2. Ask anyone with a lanyard or name tag where kids check-in is — we expect this question.
  3. Get kids settled, then grab coffee if you want it, and find a seat wherever feels comfortable.
